Working with Tim Buckley and Kate Tullberg on the exciting proposition that is SeaSpoon is perhaps the most exciting initiative Caroline Mary has been involved with to-date.   Caroline worked with Tim many moons ago at Savills and mutual respect for each other’s approach has brought about a very happy team spirit in this new venture.  SeaSpoon is not only a ‘wonderfood’, filling an important gap in the health and vitality  market but supports a culture of well being and balance.   Harvested largely by hand from the South Coast of the UK  SeaSpoon’s vision is for those who make it’s unique Seaweed blend part of a regular diet to enjoy the tremendous health benefits through a simple ready-to-eat  boost and/or in culinary preparations.    A truly sustainable twenty-first century entrepreneurial business for body mind and planet.

Towards the end of 2017 Battersea Power Station Development Company asked Caroline Mary to develop a strategic marketing plan for residential phases 2 and 3  – the Power Station itself and the Foster + Partners and Gehry Partners buildings – to oversee retail leasing and grow agency market share .     With a strategic overview and proposal for the financial year ahead signed off by the end of January we took on an additional resource to deliver the plan supported by Caroline alongside her other projects.    Within the first month over 60% of new Sales leads came from the digital offering which grows as the campaign now grows into OOH and traditional media.   Measurement of activity is central to the work as we benchmark the value of leads against investment and monitor the impact of specific messages to key markets.  2017/2018

HGH Planning ConsultancyPlanning Consultancy HGH approached Caroline Mary to project manage and create content for a developing website and company brochure.   An organisation made up of specialists across the Planning and Development spectrum many of the team at HGH had been supported by Caroline in-house at Savills and knew the service levels she operates to and the standard of the end result – not least her ability to see a project through, on time and on budget.   Caroline has ” a unique quality to be utterly charming and slightly scary at the same time” were Director Roger Hepher’s  words on instruction.    2017/2018


The creative team behind the exceptional Taylor Howse marque and its diffusion brand th2 is expanding again with a truly progressive service in th2Studio the ultimate e-boutique for interior design and iconic furniture.  Alongside private client work, th2 works with key developers creating bespoke interiors in show apartments and for purchasers of unfurnished units beyond. Collaborating with Catalyst in its Sales and Marketing performance is central to the ongoing development of social, affordable and shared-ownership homes.  My focus is to incentivise efficiency and process to enhance the continued provision of quality housing when lower benefits and capped rents threaten return.  Working with the directorate of this G15 Housing Association to develop new and affordable models, without stinting on the quality Catalyst is renowned for, presents a fascinating creative challenge.  Not least in the face of overwhelming demand, unprecedented supply trials from land to labour and the need to balance charitable status with profit-generating luxury development.  2016 / 2017

Arguably the best smoked salmon on the planet, Uig Lodge only supplies Michelin Starred restaurants,  Selfridges and Partridges and private families.   Uig is on the Isle of Lewis on the tip of the Outer Hebrides.  The water is incredibly cold and the currents extremely strong which makes for very fit and lean fish. When Emily Goodall spent half an hour fitting a footmuff (requiring a screwdriver to remove a harness) she was inspired to design something better and the BundleBean GO was born: waterproof, durable, simple to use and universal. It has won multiple awards and is now on sale worldwide.   The range  includes the BundleBean for Babywearing – a carefully designed cover fitting all types of sling and carrier, including a detachable hood for top-to-toe protection. The Buggy Organiser is the latest in a growing portfolio of products which include the Kids and Adults Wheelchair Cosies. Easy to fit, non-restrictive and gorgeous.   Within 72 hours of working with Bundlebean we’d increase the maximum sales in a day by 150% thanks to a specific ‘Black Friday’ campaign which alerted us to the number of customers pending.   We now move into more retargeted marketing and campaign analysis.   2017/18

CoatOfArms.pngLivery Companies of the City of London are among the most ancient organisations across the British Isles and even they with their historic halls, and 12th Century traditions need to embrace our modern communication styles.  The Worshipful Company of (stone) Masons plays an important role in the upkeep and survival of stone buildings across the country.  The training of yeoman masons and associated fundraising is central to the work of this Livery as is the education to the wider public of all aspects of stone craft from Masons’ marks to the inspection of gargoyles on the roofs of the tallest Cathedrals. All this is to be supported by a brand new website and social media strategy project managed  by Caroline Mary through 2017 and to be produced and delivered mid-2018.
